NW Seattle Mixed Gender Youth Ultimate Frisbee Team
The Ultimate Beavers is the official team for Loyal Heights Elementary. Comprised of 3rd to 5th grade Gx and Bx players, the team participates in the DiscNW annual Spring ES Mixed Team League.
We warmly welcome players (aka “Free Agents”) from schools that do not have their own team and from homeschooling communities.

IMPORTANT DATES
- March 6: Weekly practices begin—3:00pm to 4:30pm at North Beach elementary
- March 8th: Games begin (all occur on Saturdays)
- April 17: No practice
- April 19: No game
- May 3rd & 10th: Playoffs
- May 8th: Last Practice
- May 9th: Team Celebration
- May 17th: Elementary Tournament

Ellen Wedgwood — Coach & Manager
Coach Ellen formed the team in 2022, inspired by her son’s interest in ultimate. This is her third year coaching at Loyal Heights. Recently, she joined the Ultimate coaching crew at Whitman Middle school. There she assists with the sixth grade mixed team and winter Gx team.
